jengetfit123's Journal, 28 Mar 21

Last night I decided to cap off a pretty perfect week, food-wise, with a giant caloric... snack? Super late, and I wasn't even hungry. My fat tooth kinda went haywire. Idk, some stressful stuff is going on but it seems like self-sabotage.

Stress eating and self-sabotage happens to the best of us. Despite it happening, you recognizing it is the first step in getting back on target. Let this be a pot hole in your road rather than a sinkhole ;)

It's in the past now. Reset and look forward.

It can be difficult sometimes - look at the rest of the week though. You are here again, you started to log food, and you are in the "mode" - it's a good start - just look to tomorrow.

Thank you for the encouragement. I was frustrated with myself, but I had a good day yesterday. I am 2# down this morning, so it is more of a reminder that it is nicer to feel proud of myself than frustrated.
