WT : 154.67 lb (152-155)
BMI : 21.64 (21-22)
BFP: 11.78% (10.5-11.0)

CAL : 2138 (2100)

MACRO % CFP : 43/32/25 (48/29/23)

Normally the gap between weeky min/max is atleast 2-3 lbs. Last 2 weeks swing is less than 1 lb. Not good or bad - just different. Reason might be increased protein and fiber. I know I not "processing waste" as fast or regular as normal so guessing my body is getting used to working harder.

Seems like a reasonable fluctuation to me! I'm seeing something similar because I also am increasing fiber. I think a little more water retention. But I'm sure it will even out as our bodies adjust.
