Sunday funday, took the dog for a walk, stomach has been making funny noises but surprisingly it's not because I'm hungry ., been so disciplined these last 2 weeks with no bread, spuds, rice or any processed foods, been awesome
101.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
