no change today, was trying something a lil different, didn't drink much water yesterday and possibly had more protein than I should have (maybe) ., over all my eating has been very good with the cravings for potatoes and bread all but gone., feeling so much better
100.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
