1st.wk into my recovery so far so good I'm home now and eating all the wrong things today but not loads so scrambled eggs and 2x brown toast for breakfast. 1 pie. 1 cream doughnut, 1 iced banana cake that's all I ate today😚
I'm going on salads tomorrow and opti fast shakes and see how I go🎈💞🌿
