Well I'm getting ready for hybanation for 2 weeks Friday the 18th I'm very worried I'm not going to the gym pools for 2months after my opt..

SCEARD I'm going to put on weight 9 mths of hard work keeping weight low 😞
108.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi jounal 😊 1st.wk into my recovery so far so good I'm home now and eating all the wrong things today but not loads so scrambled eggs and 2x brown toast for breakfast. 1 pie. 1 cream doughnut, 1 iced banana cake that's all I ate today😚 I'm going on salads tomorrow and opti fast shakes and see how I go🎈💞🌿
