When I look at how slow the weight loss, I regret every bad thing I ate that got me there lol
83.3 kg Lost so far: 66.7 kg.    Still to go: 38.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are doing well, Regret we all have it, can be a trigger to eat more for some, but regret for me is an interesting tool. I found a way to accept the regret of a late night food grab, so say a piece of fruit on waking for a toilet stop, in the middle of the night, grabbed as I pass through my kitchen back to bed is OK. Or late night visitor that wants a snack so you have a little left over, then maybe there is a piece of food destined for the fridge, which is up for the debate, I should not eat that, most times I am good, but a small treat can be OK. BUT in the morning I add it to my foods tally, So in theory, if I eat a snack the night before, I get to eat less the following day so, it is a motivator. You will indeed find it hard to loose the last few kilos, I found out too that any extra stretched skin of a previously obese person, (any that does not get back tone), weighs about 5 kilos, so that too is worth calculating into your weight loss figures, as people age the skin does not retract, so for most people/doctors are too hard about getting the older generation to the right weight, when in truth, when you hit the right BMI and you have extra loose skin, you are actually underweight. Medically proven fact, that most doctors are unaware of. My best congratulations to you on losing this week. I have been doing good, but have lost too much some weeks, I do not want to lose too fast as I might catch my hip on the letterbox and ping off it,like a rubber band with my skin. LOL
