It’s so slow now nearly every day issue 0.1 or down 0.1
I’ve made big changes this month now I’m doing an hour of exercise a day. I couldn’t do that when I started.

So even if weight loss is slow at least I can move easily.

I guess there won’t be any more big weight loss as I can’t eat any less and I think an hour of exercise is plenty lol
83.2 kg Lost so far: 66.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope so too Anna but I read that muscle weighs the same as the fat it replaces because it’s the same amount gain/lost not sure if that’s accurate. I did buy a tape measure and took all of my measurements a few days ago so I’ll check those again in a month. It does feel like I’m doing great but the scale isn’t keeping pace
