Down. Worked out a lot jogging for 1 hour a day now. Not posted much on here because got a Fitbit and log most stuff on there. Hope everyone’s week was good
81.2 kg Lost so far: 68.8 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
