I've finally broken my plateau with my weight had a big feed of sushi over the weekend it was delicious introducing more carbs to my diet.
I'm still making gains in the gym weights are still going up top abbs are through.
it's been hard pushing through the long workout sessions and im so lucky to have a beautiful understanding wife.

72.8 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
