Had a week of foot and back pain. No exercise. Saturday was a binge day. Over 2000 calories. Feeling sorry for myself. Today I am truly sorry. Need to just decide not to let the pain drive my bus and power through it. I feel better when I am not letting it control my life and emotions. Up #.7 this week but still down #6.2 overall.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
