Doing more feeling better, still not up to par. Calories are in check, sleeping on a better schedule. Kinda not sure why weight is up half a pound. Pacience is not one of my better qualities or quantities. Need more protein and less carbs even tho they are complex carbs. Will hope for better next weigh in.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
