fat testing done today gone up but body weight but fat % gone down still a little way off my target fat % of 10% but still got good numbers coming through
73.9 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thanks for your support i try to stay disciplined had a couple of snakcidents this weekend back on track tomorrow not far too go till the competition in October
