Pretty impressive when you consider the ice cream incident on my birthday Sunday. In my real world that's 10.7# in 6.5 weeks. Hopefully since we are getting going on the basement finishing that we are doing, I will naturally be more active. Love purpose based exercise. When I can see progress on a project I will keep at it for hours on end.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
