This reading and the last are a Before and After for my 21km bike ride (heavy mountain bike). My apps tell me I burnt 565 kcal. The weight loss will be mostly water. I was just curious to see. Whoops! I didn't record the before. It was 79.7kg
79.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
