Not sure what's going on, but it's both interesting and annoying. Blob is holding, muscle is holding, overall weight is up but I still fit in my chair and through doorways. Ten minutes running on the treadmill yesterday followed by class (ended up being rather sedentary) and some housework when I got home. Didn't overeat but I did reintroduce xanthan gum into my body which may be part of it. I'm wearing a form fitting tank at the moment and I don't look like the Michelin man, so no panic. Wore the right shoes on the treadmill last night, BTW, huge difference. Less sore from the demo activities of the weekend today.
Will keep focused on my input and make sure to move more today and the rest of the week. Going into the office for a quick visit today, will be interesting. Not excited. Will toss on a dress and toss it right into the hamper when I get home. Considering whether to wear flip flops or not, might be pushing it.
Anyways, tons to do before 9. Logged it even though I don't like it. This is the highest I've been in awhile excluding diverticulitis episodes. Don't intend to stay here. Press on.
