Basement project is continuing. Up and down stairs many times a day and on my feet painting and hanging wallboard. Pretty sure this also includes muscle mass building too. I'm using muscles that I had forgotten I had. Next week we start suspended ceiling grid. So more strenuous yet, with up and down the the ladder all day. Maybe once this project is done I'll try lifting again. Must be very careful not to injure myself again!
100.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
