Calorie overage at 22.4% and I've been quite inactive this week. So why the loss? I think it takes my body about 2 weeks to adjust to new regimes - CI or CO - and it still thinks I busting my butt on the roof. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had some drastic temporary mods in behavior & there seems to be a lag. No hard data to support; just an observation. 🤔
70.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
