Really happy to see the pre Christmas loss! Hopefully I can get to the new year without a big gain. There are some seasonal goodies that I will indulge in that week. Mindful is the key. Reminding myself that small amounts are satisfying, BEFORE I overindulge. Trying to pre-program my brain a bit now.
I've been a little under the weather this week with some upper respiratory ick. It's slowed me down a bit. We are still winding up the last of the basement remodel. Blessed to have SIL's help again this week! Should be done by the end of this week, except for staining the new stairway. That's going to wait until next year. Lots of cleaning and furniture moving to be ready for Christmas visitors.
