it's been a while since I made an entry.
since I was 15 I have struggled with anxiety and depression due to trauma. I recently had an appointment with a councilor who think I may also suffer PTSD and abandonment/separation issues so things haven't been smooth sailing this month. The guy I was sweet on stopped talking to me and I also found out my son is deemed high risk of developing mental health issues so that kind of triggered a mini crisis for me. I'm worried all my work is going to be undone while my son is away this week coming so I have thought up a game plan, I will keep myself busy with work and filling the freezer with healthy meals and baking. I've spent majority of my money on our shopping (I get paid fortnightly) so I have a lot to work with at home and no free money to spend on pizza like last time 🤣 what's that saying? - failing to plan is planning to fail. we shall see
