Been doing 1 meal a day for the last few days with snacks for the evening. Apparently that is what I needed to jump start the scale. Feeling much more optimistic!
94.1 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
