Whoosh! More water really does help flush out the excess! Looking back at my diary was enlightening too. I can see when I was making excuses and sticking my toe over the line. Macros weren't where they needed to be and an extra few calories per day Adds up!
Praying that my brain and body are back on track!
94.0 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I kind of went a little overboard today and am at the upper limit of my carbs and 34 over my calories but tomorrow it is back on plan.
