Waist: S 117.5, L 109, N 107 (-2), T -10.5cm
BMI: Start 38.72 Obese, Now 33.71 Obese
Eight weeks in to Fast800 and stoked with the results. Getting closer to seeing double digits on the waist measurement, phew! NSVs: clothes sizes are decreasing, energy levels are far higher, enjoying cooking & baking again, completely off the energy & soft drinks, sleeping better, and generally happier in my own skin. Have been closer to Fast900/1000 to meet protein levels as a vegetarian... result! Fast800/TRE Facebook groups and FatSecret have helped hugely, as well as binge watching Dr. Mindy Pelz on YouTube. 😁 Just keep swimming, just keep swimming peeps. 🐠
94.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

oh yay! I'm doing fast800 as well but not getting on scales. started 1st Feb so day27.....feel way better, but I do sneak a few too many nuts.....but it's coming off.......I've bought more clothes to join my other brand new skinny clothes I've had for several years.....🤣😅but I feel this is truly it......woop woop!

@anon00 Thank you for the encouragement. I've been so inspired by you - it must feel incredible to be so close to your goal. Yes, trying think one day at a time, so I don't get too daunted. 🙃 But every now-and-then I think months ahead and where I might be.

@julia louisa Isn't it a revelation? I love that MM has done all the research for us. Even though calories are restricted, I haven't felt deprived at all. Maybe because there is emphasis on protein and good fats. Am more and more convinced that TRE has major health benefits. Look forward to comparing notes as we continue. 😁
