Finally, finally reached my personal goal. Been eating a little more the past week to slow the weight loss readying for maintenance. One thing I have now learnt is to not go hard out in this final stage as I will set myself up to to fail.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Awesome congratulations! It feels amazing right 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m on the toning up stage too. Any tips or things you notice are helping please pass them on. I hope this means you are back to riding now ?

Go you!! Well done 👌 yes it's the maintenance once you get there. I was OK until we retired then too many treats (cheese scones & muffins because I love my baking) over 5 years and I was back to where I was. I still bake but use Natvia and almond flour (bit of keto type baking) This diary keeps me honest. Good luck for your future, you should feel so proud! 👍

Yes feeling great. anon00, yes riding my horse and remembering I have muscles I forgot existed! Due to spinal surgeries I am doing lots of walking mostly, easy as we have three dogs to walk.
