I finally made it to under 80kg!!! It seems to have taken a very long time but that's the first part of my goal done...I just need to stay under it and keep working on the 14kg I need to lose 😁
79 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
