I have to type like the wind right now, battery is at 8% because I forgot to plug it in.
Pizza weight this morning, we have finally returned mostly to normal and ate inside last night and watched people and it was glorious. This was also the last place we ate at before the world stopped, so it was special in a goofy way to us. I don't even know how I found this place, I just know it opened the same week I moved into the neighborhood. Skaters, cops, firemen, tourists, people here for ballgames downtown, it's a great place to sit back and observe. And the pizza is bomb. Back to slices vs. whole pies. Better for all of us.
Swam yesterday, 851 strokes, intentionally worked harder by varying my stroke, got that average heart rate back up to 144, 10.2METs. If I get all the stuff done today that I want to, I will see if I can fit in a full hour without stopping. I felt like I could have done it last night but I was up against a commitment to go out. Rough life. Going to start back walking the dogs today, but have to ease back into it so no high mileage until we see how it's going.
