The weight hasn't moved much this week, but the more important waist measurement is going down again. 😁
84.4 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s the one that counts. I swear maybe in another year mine will be gone it’s like stomach fat is a whole other beast. I’m not even sure where I’m losing the weight from but it doesn’t feel like the stomach 😂
