I've been avoiding this app and eating and exercising for the past 2 months, it's really upsetting how easily It is to put the weight you worked so hard to lose back on. I will not be back on to eating healthy again this week, but next week I need to refocus! here's to that
70 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Assuming you are still strolling behind that wagon thinking about getting back on...🚶‍♀️ I am an all facts girl with no sugar coating. You can do this. The first goal is taking control, the weight loss will follow. Thinking next week? You want this? Think today! Wish someone had straight up told me this years ago. Got it now though and never going back 😁
