Water Aerobics and weight lifting are going well. I am trying to learn to pace myself. I have always been a train at Maxx type. It has been a Real learning experience this time. The body rebellion is a Very Real thing. I am really struggling to learn where the middle ground is between go hard and being able to function after. I haven't found it yet. Maybe next week.
89.7 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have just now (after 5 years of consistent training) learned where/when/how to scale. If I don’t, I’m passed out on the couch when my husband comes home. Stick with it, you’ll get there.

Thanks for the support. I have a really great Trainer. The problem is... He's a push til you cry uncle. I am a... Never cry uncle. We had a good talk last Friday and an intervention by his son. Looking forward to this week. Hopefully we will be on a better path. Quit is not in my vocabulary!

Thanks for the support! Some days are much better than others. Right now my Fibromyalgia and I are at war! And the allergy component is not on my side! I am not giving up!

Thanks Bear! Haven't had a flare in several years. I may have overlooked the reality of the "I'm not 40 something". I know that if I push too hard I pay! Guess this is just a reminder. I have cut back but I won't QUIT!
