SLYONE 22's Journal, 14 Jun 22

Kind of surprised at the drop. I am eating about 200 more calories a day. Doing water aerobics 3 days a week and lifting 2 days a week. Trying to be more active at home. Notice trying, some days better than others. Still logging food, just maybe not as exact measurements.
Dr. says she's happy with weight 7# ago. I am in my smallest clothes from pre-super fat. They are Large (14-16). I am the smallest I have been in 49 years, since I got married.

I am trying to build strength and firm up the muscles. Just discovered that I I have abs last week. LOL.
I feel like the number on the scale is not important right now as long as it isn't going up. Building strength and 40 something mobility is the current focus. Pretty lofty goals for my almost 66 year old body. Oh well, life without goals is like a road trip without a map!

Fantastic job! I feel better at 64 than I did at 40! ( 50 lbs heavier) Even though age is just a number, I just wish it wouldn't go by so fast!! Keep doing what your doing! Great job!!👍👍💜💜

Glory, just an old truck driver waxing philosophical. My husband and I drove big rigs coast to coast for several years.

I strongly recommend a good trainer. Proper form and breathing are very important to protect yourself from from injuries and to get the most from your workout. You really need to find a good match for your needs and fitness level.
