Beware the rouge weigh in 😂
A couple of weeks ago I got on the scales after some months. I was horrified at how many supposed kgs I’d ‘put on’ - without noticing!! Turns out it wasn’t that bad!! Yes, a couple of extra kgs but nothing to get that bothered about 😂🥳🎉
64 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
