3 weeks of weight training whole body and cardio focus is now losing far gaining muscle not losing weight , feelibg a bit impatient adding on visualiaing goals, feeling acheivement of completing goal as if its happened now, replace negative appraisal /comparisons with ignoring the inbetween...
80.6 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
