OVERWEIGHT!!! NOT OBESE!!!

Last time I saw this was 2018, for about a minute.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Daphne, it's really just the culmination of 21 years of failed dieting, and figuring out what works. IF, volume veggies and what i want in healthier versions and lesser quantities. Honestly, the main thing is consistency, which has never been my strong suit.

Totally agree you need to do what works for you. Everyone has different challenges. Mine are those fancy craft beers. Delicious but tons of empty calories. I tried fasting once. I only made it to 3pm!

Oh for sure, Daphne. I should have said that's what is working for me. Definitely not telling anyone else what they should or shouldn't do. I never understand why some people feel the need to push what they're doing on everyone else. Ty ches! Great to see your handsome mug 'round these parts again!
