Surprised that weight has dropped. Been doing night shift which is hard as everyone shares food...yummy food. a
Also had some emotional things happen, so binge eating crap food. Stoppes recording what I ate as I was always in the red.
Back on track now. would rather have the energy than the instant gratification.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
