Post pms drop but period still due in 3 days. Kind of surprised by this at maintenance cals. I guess I didn’t really lose any weight for a while but I’ve been working out a lot. I’m now doing 500 crunches a day (150 oblique crunches and 350 regular crunches)
If you were very obese like me and your weight loss journey is one filled with loose skin like me I highly recommend a ab routine. I’ve been putting a lot of effort in since April. My stomach is rock hard now and it’s really helped to fill in some of the bad stomach area. My jeans fit better and that extra layer of fat under the loose skin has been reduced too. You may remember I was struggling to cope with the loose skin and my new body. The commitment to the exercise routine has made a lot of difference and dare I say I might even see a day where I’ll feel comfortable naked ??
My daily exercise for anyone who’s curious is
- 12000 - 15000 steps but I do 12k min except for rest days.
- 150 side crunches
- 350 crunches
- 2 minute plank
- 70 female pushups / modified push-ups
- 50 squats
54.5 kg Lost so far: 95.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Serious admiration. You're commitment is incredible. I read this and went for a walk. It makes me keep at least trying when I've had seriously terrible days food wise. Go you! 🙌

Thank you nana I hope you ended up having a good walk. Sometimes you have days like that as long as you keep going tomorrow. That was all the difference for me this time versus earlier attempts. When I failed I didn’t give up, and I ending my failures sooner. I didn’t get stuck in a rut.
