Thanks I have a glimmer of hope haha even though walking into a Brazilian steakhouse with all you can eat delicious meats is like walking into a lions den I'm farily confident I might be able to get by with just an entree. the potion will still be huge and I'm sure slathered butter and salt but ohh well.

Yeah they just keep comming to your table with all different meats on a skewer and slice them right onto your plate. Not my choice for dinner but its a family members birthday and I'm deffintly obligated to go. On a plus note on my days I haven't been giving Into some food weakness I've been making some noticeable forward progress. How bout you? I know your at the stage where it gets a heck of a lot harder and slower.

Good job bro. As for me, feels like I'm hitting a wall right now. I remember 11 years ago it's around this weight also I hit my plateau. Will see how it goes in the next weigh in. Any advice bro.

My advice would be to just stick with it. And try not to get hung up on the scale at this point I know that's way easier said than done. its going to bounce up and down and all around and your only going to be dropping small amounts of fat but that's ok. Take some progress pics at least once a week just for yourself from all different angles this will be really the only way to notice your still making progress. If you go 3 weeks without any noticeable change in the scale or the progress pics at that point you should really consider making a change to your approach but not before. The change may actual be adding an extra 100 calories back to your diet. It's amazing how adding some back can reignite the fat loss. Above all else don't give up yoi have come so far!

I used to love a good Brazilian Steak house. I don't think I could it do justice anymore.

Consider it practice for all the upcoming holiday parties. Just eat slowly and try to get in some quality cardio beforehand. And then my secret trick: if there’s anyone at the table that looks like the old you, watch how much they pile on their plate and then you do the opposite (thin, healthy person portions). It’s like conquering your old demons.

SherryeB 😄 I hope I can follow that mentality tonight and not do it justice! I dont need to leave on a different belt hole and a case of the meat sweats lol

JustBananas good tips 👍 the holidays won't be too bad most of our holidays are at the inlaws this year and they are horrible cooks I eat before I go and suffer just enough down to not be excessively rude haha. I'm oncall the week of Christmas too so Christmas eve will be at our house and Christmas day we aren't doing anything but hanging out and letting the kids play with all their new stuff.

We have a Rodizio in Denver but I haven't been yet. Sounds like an easy way to get 500g of protein. lol

Otb, I used to spend Thanksgiving with a girlfriend and her family, and she is the worst cook ever. Small portions were no problem! I think the bulk of my calories were from 3 glasses of red wine sipped during the meal while I pushed around the soggy stuffing on my plate.

JustBananas 😄 🤣 😂 true story a meat ball once fell off the table at dinner and my dog went to go eat it and even he spit it out 😄 🤣 😂

Ha! You all are funny! Love the girlfriend family and meatball comment :):)

Good luck! Love those type of steakhouses except for the sides! At least you will have protein options and it is the other things to steer clear of! LOL Eating out is the hardest becasue I never wanted to waste my money but I have a different attitude now. It is just too hard to be on a yo yo diet and not good for any of us. Enjoy though because with metabolism like your's your body will just think you are tricking it and if you get right back into your normal eating it probably won't even phase you.
