ginome just a dialy bounce lol I am trending lower but my body just loves bouncing between 150 and 152.5 but that's better than a few weeks ago when it was 152.5 to 155 hopefully in afew weeks im thinking150 will be the top of my bounces but only time will tell. I finally figured out where the fat has been coming off of its deffintly my arms shoulders and back. At least knowing where it's comming from is enough to keep me motivated since the scale isn't much of an indicator right now. Honestly I'm happy if I drop half a pound a week of pure fat and no muscle obviously I want it gone right away but I'm not looking to rush anything. No crazy deficit no excessive cardio everything is very fluid if I workout way more one day I will increase my intake a bit to compensate. I really don't wnay to lose any muscle that I worked hard to gain

D_not_Cupcake food diary stalker hahah jk 😜 it's good my wife bought a big multi pack with vanilla, mixed berry Blueberry, and strawberry. I dont eat alot of yogurt I just wanted something alittle different the past few days. I dumped a scoop of the fiber one cereal into the yogurt and it was pretty good that way.

TheUnhealthyDaddy till I'm happy in the mirror or can't take it anymore / workouts really start to suffer because of it lol 😆 slow and steady trying to chip little bits each day nothing crazy

I hear that, OTB. I'm just worried you might end up in my situation where you are "lean like a teen". I know I need to build muscle back and can't wait to switch modes. I wish I would have added weights in sooner. I just started last month and it is still half-assed. You are doing great with the weights on a cut and should do really well on a bulk!

TheUnhealthyDaddy the lean like a teen is a real concern... I don't want to weigh any less than I do now but I know I'm going to have to weigh less for now at least if I want to drop some more body fat. I'm also worried that either 1 I will never be happy and just keep chasing an unrealistic goal or 2 hit what I thought I wanted and not like how I look at that point anyway because I'm not carrying enough muscle and have a bunch of loose skin. The reality is this is all pointless its not for health anymore and I'm happily married with 2 kids living in the Boonies and never have my shirt off who the hell am I trying to impress 😄 🤣 I guess I just know I've come further than I ever thought possible and just want a 6 pack for the first time in my life lol

OTB123. You can totally attain a six pack. I started following Athlean-X on YouTube. He used to be a trainer for the Mets. I started his 22 days to leaner abs and I am already seeing results after 10 days. Good luck.

JustBananas we will see if I have it by Christmas if not there will be some major reevaluation as to it being worth it at all at that point. But as long as I don't get major diet fatigue, lack of energy, and have my workouts suffer than I've committed myself to give this a go until the end of the year if need be. I'm noticing the fat come off if I pay close enough attention and I'm not trying to over due anything I want it to come off slow

golfmarina thanks fir the support I do watch Jeff's stuff I can't say I fully like everything he says but I do like at least half of it and he stays I'm my YouTube fitness rotation.
