yay new pattern of eating is working start new workout routine this coming week hope combined will shredd up that belly fat..l0ls

With your lifestyle the workout is weights? Good plan. Get sufficient protein too which isn’t easy with busy life. You’ve got this

@Dim5544 I also work 6 days a week my workout plan is 5 days on 2 days off..
