Kia ora kautau

so the last couple of weeks training been consistent im a bit sore though.
its really helping having prepared meals I know all I have to do is grabb a meal and go.

I have had a pezza in between some hot crossed buns keeping inside My calories
and the weight is coming down.

I've come to the conclusion that its like a set of scales one side good the other bad if the scales are constantly on the good side of the scales you are ka pai.

so if I want a beer while reloading my rounds for hunting and a pezza ill have one😃
