weigh in day sunday 78.25 i seem to be hovering around this weight and not moving much despite calorie deficit and regular gymwork 6/7 days a week i am not getting too hung up on it just keep being consistent overall in two years jave gone from 104k to 78k i have learnt so much in the process and am pleased i have become more diciplined i do feel more confident and better about myself and strive to maintain a good attitude of humility at the same time i am grateful mostly closely monitor my attitude to kerp myslef in ch2ck have decided i can have one cheat meal a week and thoroughly enjoyed it withput going crazy have a good day all coffee for me and then off to gym and an open market later also going to a movie havnt done that for a while
78.2 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
