Polar plunge time? I saw an OPB video a couple days ago. It’s quite trendy again. I prefer hot springs.

Thx moko, buenita & HCB 😊 Appreciate the support. FYI: I been in my "ok“ zone since December 2019 and don‘t really get too hung up on being at my posted goal weight. These posts are just data points. Thx for the support

I would love to know what my BMI is but unfortunately since I have a pace maker I cannot be measured using bmi scale .😭😭

The standard Heath App on iPhone does it as well. BMI is a somewhat useless metric especially for people who lift and are muscular. %BodyFat & other %fat metrics are better
