MorticiaAddams I can't control my hunger ar all I've tried changing my foods changing my macros a bit doesn't matter I'm always hungry past my daily maintenance calories idk why I bother logging most of what I eat when I know eventually I'll go well above at the end of the day ...

You are doing good!!! We all occasionally go up (or sometimes down) too much. Consistently, logging everything will help you bio-hack your own body. Different foods/macros effect all of us differently. Just keep experimenting with yours until you find something that works. I fight hunger with water, distracting activity and protein rich foods. But, everybody is different. You are in great shape!!!

Me too. After having no appetite for almost two months, now I cannot seem to stop eating. Thinking about having my mouth sewn shut; is that a thing?

I find myself going through “crazy hunger” phases as well and it’s just too much to try to fight it…while I beat myself up about it a little bit, I pretty much always give in and eat. I think it’s ok tho… If you’re that active and your body and brain are screaming at you to eat more, you probably need the extra fuel for a little while.

When I've eaten enough, but can't shake the hunger, I go to popcorn. Popped in olive oil, no butter, with popcorn salt. Or, buy Skinny Pop.

I just mindlessly ate about 500 calories of flavorless dried banana chips that I can't remember why I bought in the first place or even how they got in my pantry. God only knows how old they were. lol

Otb, you’re full of it, and I don’t mean weight-wise!!! You’re at the perfect weight, you always working out, you’re very healthy!!!👍👏👏 I am the huffer and puffer, except there are always cheerful noises at the buffet table.🙁

Thanks everyone I weighed in just to have an idea of a pre vacation weight since I won't be logging anything. Body composition is really all that matters to me now regardless of the scale number. Sadly my body composition has changed I've lost muscle in my quest for endurance and I've gained some fat from stress eating but life goes on.
