I haven't counted calories for the last 6 months. I expected to see +5-6 kgs as I had food and drinks without any limit.🙈 Well... +1.5 kg is not so bad 😅
69.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
