Headed back to see our mothers again for a couple a weeks so I‘ll not be weighing using biometric scale but will be logging meals. Last go around proved that my intuitive eating is on point so I expect the same this time. Phase 2 of MIL’s construction project may not happen as windows have not arrived despite plenty of guardband. Might need to fly back again if project delayed. See you again later in mid-December.

So far so good with construction Breezy👍 My mother is becoming random. Today she hid her hearing while my wife is there and then blamed me even though I have been there in 2 days. Behavior probably related to not wanting to go to audiologist 🦻🤷‍♂️ Atleast she didn‘t flush them down the toilet as feared.
