today marks 16 weeks into the bulk and only 4 weeks left before the cut. I better get to eating if I want to crack 180 lol

bummer was going to brave the elements and go trudge through the snow to do some pull ups and dips during my lunch break but the parking lot wasn't cleared and I don't feel like getting stuck and trying to put chains ohh well
