Partied too hard. Must learn moderation. Weeks of hard effort ruined by one night. But it was enjoyable. Oh well back to the drawing board.

Haha I did exactly the same thing, went nuts over easter and now weighing in around 3kg heavier. Just got to get back to being disciplined.
