There should be some gain as your glycogen is depleted. You fill those up then maintain that full weight is the proper maintenance

Supergainz1 yeah I thought I was done losing a week ago today ending at 161.2 and figured I would gain about 2 lbs in glorious glycogen weight putting me at 163 but a week later and and I'm still trending downward and almost 2 lbs lighter than a week ago. Been too conservative on my calorie needs because last year I was a bit high and started to slowly gain some fat back over the course of months of attempted maintenance

Shoot if I was you I would aim for atleast 5lbs back. Last time I cut to 162 I filled back up to 171 fast. And I muscles was bulging out and felt way stronger. That taught me about maintaining. You don’t want to maintain the condition where you are pack low energy. You want to maintain the condition where you are near full. But yea I think finding out how to get there is a bit of a problem like you said
