Hello,
So, finally I've decided what I want:
I WANT body fat percentage - 16% at the moment (07/03) my body fat - 25% fat weight 14 kg, lean body weight - 41...therefore I WANT:
Fat weight ca.9 kg, Lean body weight ca. 47kg ...in the end it should be the same weight 53-55 kg, but with less fat and more muscles.
I'm going to get rid of 6 kg (or maybe more) of fat in 6 weeks following Stoppani's shortcut to shred program. Will start on Wednesday 09.03.16
