Bod Pod and RMR tests done yesterday, I am very happy with the results! 16.8% overall body fat and a loss of a few ounces of muscle since the last competition. Now time to bump up the calories and start building muscle :)
57.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
