Living My Way's Journal, 14 Feb 18

I SHOULD be happy I'm gaining weight as it is what I'm meant to be doing. I've been increasing my calories under the guidance and watchful eye of my dietitian for this purpose. I have had blind weigh-ins and not supposed to know my weight, but told if I gained or not. I weighed myself somewhere else. Wish I hadn't. Makes this journey harder.
45 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
