Another 1/2 KG over the week, I'm happy with that but would like to up it abit more! Still haven't had a chance to fit some exercise into my schedule with kids and everything. Need to find something I can do at home in the mornings or evenings

Still heading weight wise though
106 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
